What we do
Three stages that usually follow one another: first we calculate, then we build, then we check that what was built works as intended.
AI solution design
We work out the economics before the first line of code. Half of the AI requests we see are solved simpler and cheaper, and that is best known at the start.
AI systems development and rollout
We build systems that survive a provider outage, a load spike and a model change. Monitoring ships with the release, and every change has a rollback plan.
AI, software and IT consulting
We work out why a deployed system is not delivering. Most often the model is fine and the problem sits in what gets measured, and where. The same discipline applies to software and IT decisions in general.
How the work goes
- Stage 1
Understand the task
We look at what already runs, where the bottleneck is and what you would count as a result. Often AI is needed in one place out of five; the rest is fixed faster and cheaper without it.
- Stage 2
Design and cost it
We draw the solution and calculate the cost per request and per month of operation before the first line of code. If the numbers do not add up, you hear it at the start.
- Stage 3
Build and roll out
Code and architecture go through review. We roll out in parts, so one piece rolls back instead of the whole system. Monitoring ships with the release.
- Stage 4
Operate and hand over
We watch the metrics, investigate incidents and fix what only shows up under real load. Documentation is written so the system does not depend on us personally.
Tell us about the task
We will look at where AI pays off and where it would cost more than it returns.
